Recently I was carrying 2 pails of drywall mud and complaining about how heavy they were. Then I realized, that's how much weight I used to carry every day before losing weight. For the last 20 years, I struggled with my weight. I had lost over 245 pounds on other diets but unfortunately gained 320 pounds in the process. I had some success with whatever diet I was on, but as soon as I went off the diet all the weight would come back, plus more. I was ready to try the lap band or gastric bypass, for which I easily qualified. It was a blessing to find the Weight Loss Cure, where I was introduced to the Simeons Protocol.

My weight now ranges between 188-195, which I've maintained for several months. I plan on doing 1 more Phase 2 to reach my ultimate goal. Here are the before and after pictures!

After reading the book I decided had nothing to lose by trying one more diet and this one worked. At the beginning of my first round of Phase 2, I weighed 295 (this was after losing approx. 15-20 pounds in Phase 1). I lost 54 pounds the first time and after 1 1/2 years and a total of 4 times doing the Protocol, I'm happy to say I lost more than 115 pounds! The weight loss is secondary to how much better I feel. Two years ago I wouldn't have been able to do so many things I can do now, like swing off a rope into a lake, 25 or 30 times!

My story is not much different as others have similar stories. That is why I feel it is important to share what the HCG Body Balancing System has done for me. I was overweight which added to the pain I had with my knees. I became desperate and knew I needed outside help. Unknown to me, my friend (already a "health nut") was researching HCG. She in turn shared her findings with my daughter. After seeing the results my friend had, and with my daughter being so persistent, I figured it was worth a try. All my life I have tried dieting, without success. I lost 28 pounds during the program. This was a program that changed my way of thinking and eating. Since being on Phase 4, I have lost another 22 pounds, and went from a size 22 to a size 14. The old saying, "seeing is believing" was true for me. That's why I'm sharing my testimony that this is one plan that works! It has not only worked for weight loss and cleansing, but has helped me be off of the pain medication that I have used for my knees for years. Here are the before and after pictures!

For several years now, I've struggled with my weight. But that has not always been the case. When I got married, I weighed 130 pounds. Some people say that after getting married, the weight comes on. And that is exactly what happened to me. I increased my weight over 100 pounds. My top weight was 232 pounds. I used food as a comfort for my emotional needs. Back in January 2008, I joined a ladies fitness center and worked out intensely 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes to 1 hour each time using cardio and various weight equipment for toning. After 4 months of working out at the fitness center, I weighed again and was measured. I did not lose one pound, nor did I lose any inches anywhere. It was very discouraging and disheartening because I had really tried hard to lose weight! My physical background is that I've also had candida and thyroid issues. So that compounded the problem of me not losing weight.

My sister-in-law had told me about this HCG diet, and I prayed that God would allow me to get on the HCG diet. My prayers were answered when I started the diet on June 21, 2008. Since that time, I've lost 31 pounds, going from a size 18/20 to a size 14 in a short amount of time! This fall, I plan to do the HCG diet again for more body cleansing and weight loss. My goal is to get down to the weight I was when I got married -- 130 pounds. When I achieve that goal, I'll show another updated picture to show that HCG DOES WORK!
